Need to Know

Check out these FAQs before your charter to ensure you know what to expect. If you’ve got more questions, don’t hesitate to reach out.

While Voyager is a large boat, we have a maximum of six guests at a time. This does not include crew. This rule is strictly enforced, there are no exceptions.

We will either sail north on the Intracoastal Waterway (ICW), or under the Snow’s Cut Bridge and into the Cape Fear River, depending on factors like weather and tide.

What you choose to bring is up to you! If you want specific snacks or beverages, please bring what you prefer. Voyager stocked with complimentary water, light snacks, and non-alcoholic drink options.

If you’ve booked this excursion for a photoshoot, please be sure to bring any props, decorations, flowers, etc. you might need.

Voyager does have a head (the boat word for bathroom). We use a composting toilet on the boat. If you are looking for something with all the comforts and systems of home, please be sure to use the facilities at the marina before your charter.

You’ll receive a confirmation email detailing parking and other important information. We sail out of Carolina Beach Yacht Club at 401 Marina Street.

We all love swimming, but the tides in our area are extremely strong. For this reason, swimming is not part of our itinerary.
